不同加工方法对滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷成分含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:优选出滇重楼药材的最佳加工方法。方法:以重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ和重楼皂苷Ⅶ4种主要有效成分含量为主要指标,采用超高效液相色谱测定不同前处理方法、不同干燥方法和不同炮制方法的重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、重楼皂苷Ⅶ含量。色谱柱为Shim-pack XR-ODSⅢ(150 mm×2.0 mm,2.2μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.05%甲酸水(B),检测波长为203 nm。结果:不同加工方法对滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷成分含量的影响有显著差异,除烘箱干燥外重楼皂苷Ⅵ在所有样品中均未被检测到。不同前处理方法对滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷含量均有不同程度的影响,重楼总皂苷含量为:沸水处理>盐水处理>蒸汽处理>微波处理。不同干燥方法对滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷含量也有不同程度的影响,重楼总皂苷含量为:烘箱干燥>晒干>阴干。不同炮制方法对滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷含量同样有不同程度的影响,加工炮制一体化重楼总皂苷含量明显高于传统炮制重楼总皂苷含量。结论:加工炮制一体化方法为滇重楼药材的最佳加工方法,不仅避免因为复杂的加工炮制造成的中药材损耗和质量下降,同时还能减少人力资源和能源的消耗,加快饮片上市时间,达到降低中药材加工成本和提高中药饮片质量的目的。 Objective: To choose the best processing methods of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. Methods: Taking the contents of four steroidal saponins( Polyphyllin Ⅰ,Polyphyllin Ⅱ,Polyphyllin Ⅵ and Polyphyllin Ⅶ) of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis as major indices. The contents of four steroidal saponins of different processing methods of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis were investigated by UHPLC. The column was Shim-pack XR-ODS Ⅲ( 150 mm×2. 0 mm,2. 2 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 05% formic acid/water. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: The contents of the four steroidal saponins in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis were various among the different processing methods. Except the oven dried samples,steroidal saponin Ⅵ was not detected in all the samples. Different processing methods had varying degrees of effect on the contents of the four steroidal saponins in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. Total saponin content: Boiling water treatment brine treatment steam treatment microwave treatment. Different drying methods had varying degrees of effect on the contents of the four steroidal saponins in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. Total saponin content: Oven dryingsun dryingshade drying. Different processing methods had different degrees of effect on the content of the four steroidal saponins in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. The contents of total saponins in the processing integration were significantly higher than that in the traditional processing. Conclusion: The processing integration method is the best processing method of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. It can not only avoid loss and lower quality of Chinese medicinal materials caused by complex processing,but also can reduce consumption of human resources and energy,accelerate time to market,and achieve the aims that reducing the cost of Chinese herbal medicine processing and improving the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
