摘要
目的:研究山蜡梅叶乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱、ODS反相色谱、MCI及半制备高效液相色谱等多种方法进行分离纯化,结合理化性质,以及MS、NMR等波谱学数据鉴定各化合物结构。结果:从山蜡梅叶乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:6,7,8-三甲氧基香豆素(1)、4,4'-双异嗪皮啶(2)、槲皮素(3)、8α-hydroxy-τ-muurolol(4)、(1α,6β,7β)-cadinane-4-en-8α,10α-diol(5)、柳杉二醇(6)、邻苯二酚(7)、对羟基苯甲酰香豆酸酐(8)、2,6-dihydroxyhumula-3(12),7(13),9(E)-triene(9)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(10)。结论:其中,化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,2、7~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract leaves of Chimonanthus nitens. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified through various column chromatography and methods including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,MCI and semi-preparative HPLC. Based on their physiochemical properties and spectroscopic data to identify the chemical constituents. Results: Ten constituents were obtained and elucidated as 6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin( 1),4,4'-biisofraxidin( 2),quercetin( 3),8α-hydroxy-τ-muurolol( 4),( 1ɑ,6β,7β)-cadinane-4-en-8α,10α-diol( 5),cryptomeridiol( 6),pyrocatechol( 7),β-hydroxybenzoylp-coumaric acidanhydribe( 8),2,6-dihydroxyhumula-3( 12),7( 13),9( E)-triene( 9),methyl β-hydroxybenzoate( 10).Conclusion: Compounds 4 ~ 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 2,7 ~ 10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
