摘要 为了深化计量器具全寿命周期管理,实现计量器具全流程信息化、智能化管理,设计了基于RS-485通信总线控制架构的智能周转柜系统。采用模块化设计理念,实现了周转柜储位状态、异常告警信息的集中管理以及所有储位状态的分散采集与控制。智能周转柜系统采用条码扫描、视频监控、多媒体引导等物联网技术,实现了供电所一级计量器具的管控。系统与SG186营销业务应用系统和计量生产调度平台进行无缝衔接,可在无人值守情况下,通过自动识别营销业务系统工单和电能表上的条形码,实现供电所零散及抢修用表存储、领用的全过程管控。智能周转柜系统有效规范了计量器具的领用流程,满足供电所零散及抢修用表管理需求,进一步提升供电所资产管理水平,实现了24 h无人值守,方便抢修人员在夜间、节假日的快速领表,提高了抢修效率,提升了服务质量。 In order to deepen the full lifecycle management of metering appliances and realize the full-process informationized and intelligent management of metering appliances,the design of the intelligent turnover cabinet system based on the control architecture using RS-485 communication bus is proposed. The modular design concept is adopted to realize the centralized management for storage position and abnormal alarm information of the turnaround cabinet; and the distributed acquisition and control of all the status of storage positions. The intelligent turnover cabinet system uses barcode scanning,video surveillance,multimedia guidance and other technologies of Internet of things to realize the management and control of metering appliances in power supply stations,and to seamlessly connect with the SG186 sales application system and the metering production scheduling platform,and can automatically identify the barcodes on the worksheet of sales system and energy meters under unattended conditions for realizing the whole process control of sporadic and repaired meters storage and usage. The intelligent turnover cabinet system effectively standardizes the using process of metering appliances,meets the management demand of power supply stations on sporadic and repaired usages,and further improves the management level of the power supply station,realizes the 24 hours unattended operation,facilitates the quick repair staff in the night and holidays,raises the efficiency of the repair and improves the quality of services.
