耳鸣患者生活质量研究的文献范畴分析

Literature category analysis of quality of life in tinnitus patients

目的探讨并总结耳鸣患者生活质量的影响因素与改善措施,为临床治疗与护理提供参考。方法应用Arksey和O’Malley的5步文献范畴分析方法。在13个数据库中进行检索。参考文献列表内的文献进行评估后并手工搜索相关文献进行"滚雪球"式查阅文献。结果对13个数据库进行搜索后,经过筛选,最终29篇论文被纳入。多数文献为观察性研究,随机对照实验(RCT)较少。耳鸣患者的生活质量的研究数量近10年呈现隔年增多趋势。文献研究地相对集中于亚欧地区,且荷兰最多。结论耳鸣影响患者的心情、睡眠进而影响患者的生命质量。在临床诊疗护理过程中进行心理、社交干预可改善患者的生活质量。耳鸣患者听力水平低于正常人的听力水平。未来的研究可偏向于试验性研究,并倾向于大样本研究,以提高试验的可信度,可做长时间纵向研究,以检验干预措施是否长期有效,为改善耳鸣患者的生活质量提供更多的参考。

Objective To summarize the influencing factors and improvement measures of tinnitus patients＇ quality of life,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing.Method Literature category analysis was conducted by Arksey and O＇Malley five step method,The literature was searched in 13 databases.The literature in the list of references was evaluated and the relevant literature was searched manually for ＂ snowballing＂ literature.After searching the above database and a series of screening process,the final 29 papers were included.Result After searching for 13 database,29 papers were finally included.Most of the papers were observational studies,with few RCTs.The number of studies on the quality of life of tinnitus patients increased every other year in the past 10 years.The literature was relatively concentrated in Asian Europe regions,and the Netherlands was the largest.Conclusion Tinnitus affect patients mood,sleep,in turn,affects the patient＇s quality of life.In the process of medical and nursing,psychological and social intervention can be used to improve the patient＇s social barriers.The hearing level of tinnitus patients is lower than that of normal people.Future studies may favor experimental studies and large sample studies to enhance the reliability of the trials.Longitudinal studies can be conducted to examine the long-term effectiveness of interventions and to provide more references for improving the quality of life of tinnitus patients.
