云HIS安全架构的设计与实践

Design and Practice of the Security Architecture of Cloud-Based Hospital Information System (CHIS)

目的探索基于云服务的医疗卫生信息系统(以下简称云HIS)的安全架构实践。方法叙述云HIS存在的安全风险,并以某区基层云HIS建设为例,阐述基层医疗卫生机构云HIS的安全架构。结果基于安全架构的云HIS解决传统HIS发展过程中遇到的扩展难、维护难等问题,并已在"互联网+医疗"方面取得进展。结论基于安全架构设计的云HIS实现了医疗卫生信息化建设模式的转型转变,是医疗信息化发展的方向。

Objective To explore the security architecture practice of Cloud-Based Hospital Information System( CHIS). Methods The research puts forward the security risks of CHIS and describes the security architecture of CHIS in primary health care institutions,taking the construction of CHIS in a primary facility in one district as an example. Results CHIS based on security architecture solves the problem of extension and maintenance in the development of traditional HIS system,and has made progress in"Internet + Medical". Conclusion CHIS based on security architecture realizes the transformation of medical and health informatization construction,which is the direction of medical informatization development.
