关于档案信息资源共享建设的思考

随着"共享"一词的出现,档案部门也愈加依靠现代信息技术,加快档案信息资源共享建设。本文阐述了档案信息资源共享建设的提出背景,分析了学界的研究现状,从政策、资源、技术三个层面剖析了档案信息资源共享建设存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期提高档案部门的现代化服务水平,适应时代发展需要。

With the emergence of the word ＂sharing＂, the archives department relied on modem information technology to speed up the construction of archives information resources sharing. This paper introduces the background and research status of archival information resource sharing construction, and analyses the existing problems of archival information resource sharing construction from the aspects of policy, resources and technology, then putting forward some corresponding solutions in order to improve the level of modern service of archives department and to meet the needs of the development of the times.
