养老机构老年人健康状况及卫生服务需求调查

A survey on health status and demands for health services of elderly population in nursing organization

[目的]了解广西养老机构老年人的健康状况及医疗服务需求,为养老机构医疗服务提供参考依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,按照典型抽样的方法,从广西4个地级市(南宁、桂林、北海、柳州)抽取4家养老机构老年人258人,采用描述性统计分析方法,分析入住老年人健康状况及卫生服务需求。[结果]被调查养老机构老年人生活能自理者占52.7%,半自理者占37.2%,完全不能自理者占10.1%;所患疾病前五位分别是高血压(49.6%)、中风(23.6%)、糖尿病(18.2%)、风湿病(16.7%)、心脏病(14.3%)。78.0%的老年人过去一年去门诊1~3次,88.5%的老年人过去一年住院治疗1~3次。[结论]养老机构老年人慢性病患病率高,卫生服务需求大,获得社会支持少。建议加强对老年人慢性病的防治,加快探索医养结合机构养老模式,并加强对养老机构老年人的社会支持力度。

Objective To understand health status and medical service needs of elderly in nursing organization in Guangxi so as to provide reference basis for medical services for the elderly. Methods In this study,a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey. Typical sampling method was applied to 258 elderly people from 4 nursing organizations in Guangxi（ Nanning,Guilin,Beihai and Liuzhou）. The descriptive statistical analysis method was utilized to analyze health status and health service needs of the elderly. Results Among all the respondents,self-care elderly people accounted for 52. 7%,the semi-self-care elderly people accounted for 37. 2% and the completely unabled self-care accounted for 10. 1%. Front five diseases were hypertension（ 49. 6%）, stroke（ 23. 6%）, diabetes（ 18. 2%）, rheumatism（ 16. 7%） and heart disease（ 14. 3%）. In past year,78. 0% of elderly people seek for outpatient service for 1-3 times and 88. 5% of the elderly were hospitalized for 1-3 times. Conclusions Chronic disease prevalence in nursing organization of elderly in nursing organization is high. The demand of health service is big,but get less support. It suggests that strengthen the prevention and control of chronic diseases for the elderly. Speed up the exploration of nursing pattern of integration of medical treatment and nursing. Strengthen social support for the elderly in nursing organization.
