摘要
为了探讨影响小叶黄杨冬季失绿褐变的环境要素及其机制,利用业余时间,在兰州市部分城区进行了广泛的自由观察,手机拍照记录。结果表明,小叶黄杨绿篱冬季失绿褐变现象主要发生在空旷全光照环境下,受遮阴、蔽风,国槐、旱柳、泡桐、银杏、杏树、毛白杨、紫丁香、刺槐等树种树冠非遮阴作用削弱,受龙柏相邻作用则加重。结合文献讨论认为,失绿褐变是小叶黄杨针对低温、强光、水分胁迫引起的光氧化伤害过程的一种保护机制,可能与其叶肉细胞在低温下叶绿素合成过程关闭有关。
In order to explore the environmental factors and mechanism of chlorosis and browning phenomenon of Buxus sinica leaf in winter, observations were made in parts of Lanzhou city in the author's spare time, and took photos with mobile phone. The results showed that browning phenomenon of Buxus sinica leaf mainly occurred in the open whole light environment in winter, under the condition of shading and masking wind, the browning action is weakened, under the canopy of tree species such as Sophora japonica, Salix matsudana, Paulownia australis, Ginkgo biloba, Armeniaca vulgaris, Populus tomentosa, Syringa oblata and Robinia pseudoacacia, the browning effect is also weakened, however, the browning effect was intensified when it was adjacent to Sabina chinensis ‘Kaizuca'. According to the literatures, browning is a protective mechanism of photooxidative damage caused by low temperature, strong light and water stress, which may be related to the closure of chlorophyll synthesis process of leaf and meat cells at low temperature.
