摘要
针对突发地质灾害应急案例结构化不足的现状,通过案例要素分析,将案例信息划分为基本信息、危害信息、地质环境信息、灾害体信息、应急处置信息等5部分。通过分析应急防治流程中的技术环节和技术要点,初步构建了应急案例结构化模型,并对模型中的字段进行规范化描述。设计实现应急案例系统,为案例的规范化和信息化管理提供了良好服务。
For the insufficient structuring in geological hazard emergency case,emergency case is divided into basis information,hazard information,geological environment information,geological body information and emergency information by analyzing case essentials. Structured model is preliminarily constructed by analyzing technical procedures and essentials in emergency control process. Fields in the model is described in standard term. A geological hazard emergency case system is designed and implemented. It provides a good service for standard and information management of cases.
