摘要
通过网络、现场问卷与访谈等方法,对高校教师教育者从教师队伍构成、个体专业发展两个方面进行调查发现,教师教育者整体队伍分布与教师教育布局一致,结构较合理,但基础教育素养普遍欠缺,刚性条件不高。教师教育者个体专业认同模糊,发展意识与满意度较高;教科研由封闭转向开放;专业发展途径以自我研究为主,缺少支持性环境。根据现状建议,国家教育主管部门尽早制定教师教育者专业标准、高校明确办学定位,营造支持性的外部环境;教师教育者强化专业认同,将教学、研究和自我学习相结合推动自身的专业发展。
Through the methods of network,field questionnaire and interview,the paper investigates the two aspects of college teachers' educators' composition and professional development of teachers. It is found that the overall distribution of teachers' educators is consistent with the layout of teachers' education,and the structure is reasonable,but the basic education literacy is generally deficient and the rigid conditions are not high. Teachers' individual professional identity is vague,development consciousness and satisfaction are higher; teaching and scientific research is from closed to open; professional development approaches to self-research,lacking of supportive environment. According to the present situation,the state education authorities should formulate professional standards for teacher educators as soon as possible,make clear orientation of colleges and universities,break the professional barriers brought by administrative management and create a supportive external environment; teacher educators strengthen their professional identity,and combine teaching,research and self-study to promote their professional development.
