社区足球中青少年训练营的开展模式研究——以厦门市集美区诚毅足球青训营为例

Study on the Development Model of the Community Youth Football Training Camp——Take the Chengyi Youth Football Training Capm in Xiamen Jimei for Example

青少年足球训练体系是各个国家足球运动项目大系统的重要基石,作为社区足球中的青训营也是其中重要的一员。为了窥探我国青少年足球训练体系的一斑,特别是深入了解社区体育中青少年足球训练活动的开展模式,本文运用了问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料法和数理统计等研究方法,比较全面深入地了解了厦门市集美区诚毅足球青训营的基本情况和运动员培养模式等运营现状。结论认为:诚毅足球青训营的场地设施完善,教练员都具有D级教练证书,运营比较规范,教学质量比较有保障,训练规模不断发展壮大,公益活动的规模和影响力得到不断提升。但是,还没有建立成熟的教练员进修体制和区域联赛体制。

The youth football training system is an important cornerstone of the national football sports system. The community youth football training Camp is one of youth football training system. In order to investigate the youth soccer training system in China,especially the development model of community youth football training camp,this paper examines the basic conditions of the Youth Football Youth Training Camp in Jimei District of Xiamen City and the training status of the athletes by literature research methods,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods. It is found that the venues and facilities of the Chengyi Youth Football Training Camp are perfect,the coaches all have D level coaches＇ certificates,the operation is more standardized,the teaching quality is guaranteed,the training scale continues to grow,and the scale and influence of public welfare activities are continuously improved. However,the training system for coaches is not perfect,and a mature regional league system has not yet been established.
