实验动物学是生命科学、医学和药学等领域的支撑学科,在教学和科研领域实验动物被用作一类特殊的研究对象,运用于疾病机理的探讨、治疗方法的研究,在药物的药效学、药理学及毒理学评价等实验中也发挥极为重要的作用。在高等医学教育中,实验动物学已经成为具有特有理论体系和学科特色的应用性很强的一门学科,探索简易且实用的教学方法,有利于提高医学院校实验动物学的教学质量,并为培养具有实践能力和创新能力的高素质医学专门人才奠定基础,从而提高学生自身的综合素质,推进实验动物学的教学改革。

Laboratory animal science is a supporting discipline in the fields of life science,medicine and pharmacy. Experimental animals as a special subject in the teaching and scientific research,were used in the study of the mechanism of disease,the study of treatment methods,and played an extremely important role in the pharmacodynamics,pharmacology and toxicology evaluation of drugs. It has become a highly applied subject with unique theoretical system and subject characteristicsin higher medical education. The simple and practical teaching method will be propitious to improve the teaching quality of Laboratory animal science in medical colleges and universities,and lay the foundation for cultivating high quality medical professionals with practical and innovative ability. Also,in order to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality and promote the teaching reform of laboratory animal science as a result of improving students＇ comprehensive quality and push forward the teaching reform of laboratory animal science.
