摘要
[目的/意义]为机构和个人选择虚拟社区开展终身学习提供参考。[方法/过程]通过层次分析法建立评价体系,对学习型虚拟社区的知识共享效果进行研究。[结果/结论]发现在学习型虚拟社区中及时性虚拟社区知识共享效果比间接性虚拟社区知识共享效果好。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for institutions and individual to carry out the lifelong learning through virtual community.[Method/process] The paper establishes an evaluation system by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and carries on research on knowledge sharing effect in learning virtual community.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the knowledge sharing effect of timely virtual community is better than that of indirect virtual community.
