双层阴极缓冲层有机太阳能电池探析

摘要 为了提高合金阴极体异质结有机太阳能电池的能量转换效率,研究双层阴极缓冲层对器件性能的影响,获得性能更优的器件,采用BPhen/Alq3作为器件的双层阴极缓冲层及相应的对比器件分别制备了5组有机太阳能电池(OPV)进行对比分析。结果发现,BPhen/Alq3作为双层阴极缓冲层提高了阴极对载流子的抽取,有助于提高器件的能量转换效率。 In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency of organic solar cells with alloy cathodic heterojunction, this paper investigated the influences of bilayer cathode buffer layer on device performance, getting devices with better performances. By adopting the bilayer cathode buffer layer of BPhen/Alq3 and corresponding devices, five OPV devices were fabricated to carry out contrastive analysis. The results showed that the bilayer cathode buffer layer of BPhen/Alq3 could improve the extraction of cathode carriers and the energy conversion efficiency of devices.
