摘要
针对带式运输机集中控制系统设计开展探究,以矿井实际工程为基础,对带式运输机控制系统的改良升级从硬件和软件两方面进行全面总结,在保留原系统的基础上新增了运输机的远程集中控制,在提高带式运输机运行安全性和效率性的同时降低了井下作业强度,为矿井综合效益的增长提供了有力支撑。
This paper carried out study on the design of centralized control system for belt conveyor, made comprehensive summary of improvement and upgrade of belt conveyor control system from aspects of the hardware and software based on actual mine engineering. Remote centralized control of transport aircraft has been added on the basis of preserving the original system, which can improve the safety and efficiency of the belt conveyor, and also reduce downhole operation intensity. It provided strong support for the growth of comprehensive benefits of mine.
