在土地卫片执法过程中，对监测图斑的野外实地查证是一项重要工作。基于省级国土资源核心数据库，利用FME和ArcGIS实现离线地图的生成，通过移动端的土地核查系统，可以更为快速、有效地利用数据成果，提高日常国土资源管理工作效率。

In the process of land security enforcement, field verification of monitoring speckle is an important task. Based on the provincial core database of land and resources, using FME and ArcGIS for offline maps generation on the mobile and verification system, can be a more rapid and effective way of the utilization of data results, which will enhance the working efficiency of the daily management of land and resources.
