射水抽气器系统串水事故分析及改进研究

摘要 抽凝12MW汽轮发电机自开车以来,运行中发生了数次循环水串入凝水系统的事故,凝汽器真空降低,热井液位升高,凝水水质恶化。通过现场查看系统装置和对其进行分析,河南心连心化肥有限公司对射水泵进口管道进行了改造,目前运行稳定,未出现串水事故。 Since the condensing 12MW turbogenerator has been driving since the driving, there had been several ac- cidents of circulating water into the condensate system, the vacuum of the condenser was reduced, the liquid level of the hot well was raised, and the water quality of the condensate was deteriorated. Through the on-site inspection sys- tem and the analysis of the system, Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. had reformed the inlet pipe of the ejection pump, and the operation was stable at present, and there was no water series accident.
