基层环境监察工作现状及策略研究

Research on Current Situation and Strategy of Grass-roots Environmental Supervision

环境监察作为环境保护工作的基础，肩负着环境执法工作的重任，负有对各种环境污染行为的监督与处理的职责，对环境保护工作的开展具有重要意义。但目前，基层环境监察工作仍然存在较多问题，对环境监察工作的开展造成了十分不利的影响。基于此，本文从基层环境监察工作现状出发，就如何加强基层环境监察提出对应策略，以期更好地服务于环境保护事业。

As the basis of environmental protection work, environmental supervision shoulders the responsibility of environmental law enforcement work, and has the responsibility to supervise and deal with all kinds of environmental pollution. It is of great significance to the development of environmental protection. But at present, there are still many problems in grass-roots environmental monitoring work, which has a very negative impact on the development of environmental monitoring. Based on this, this paper, starting from the current situation of grass-roots environmen- tal monitoring work, put forward corresponding strategies on how- to strengthen the grass-roots environmental monitor- ing in order to better serve the environmental protection.
