营养支持对老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的干预研究

Intervention of Nutritional Support on Elderly Women with Osteoporosis and Low Back Pain

目的:评价营养支持对老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的干预效果。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年6月期间到山东省淄博市中心医院进行治疗的老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者180例纳入研究,所有患者入院后行按照随机数字表进行分组,分为干预组(90例)和常规组(90例),两组患者入院后常规治疗,包括口服维D钙咀嚼片、维生素K2、福善美阿仑膦酸钠片等,干预组在此基础上进行营养支持干预,观察周期为6个月,随访两组患者的日常功能评分、视觉疼痛模拟评分以及骨密度水平等相关指标变化。结果:观察结束后,干预组患者的日常功能评分以及骨密度水平显著高于常规组(P<0.05);视觉疼痛模拟评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:科学合理的营养支持干预可有效促进老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者骨组织的钙吸收作用,提高患者骨质,进一步减轻疼痛,提高日常生活能力和生活质量,对于老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者不失为一种经济有效的干预模式。

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of nutritional support on elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain. [Method] We chose 180 women cases of senile osteoporosis patients with low back pain for treatment to Shandong Zibo Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018, all of the patients after admission into groups according to random number table were divided into intervention group （90 cases） and normal group （90 cases）, two groups of patients admitted to hospital after conventional treatment, including oral D chewable calcium, vitamin K2, fosamax allen phosphonic acid sodium tablets, such as intervention group was given nutrition support intervention on this basis, observation cycle for six months, follow-up of two groups of patients daily function score, visual analog pain score and bone min- eral density level indicators related to change. [Result] After the observation, the daily function score and bone mineral density level of the patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the normal group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The visual pain simulation score was significantly lower than that of the normal group （P 〈 0. 05） . [Conclusion] Scientific and reasonable nutrition support intervention can ef-fectively promote the elderly women osteoporosis low back pain patients with bone tissue of calcium absorption and improve the patient＇s bone, further reduce pain and improve the ability of daily life and the quality of life, for older women osteoporosis in patients with low back pain is a economic and effective intervention model.
