摘要
营养治疗为痛风非药物治疗的重要手段,在大量的临床治疗中被证实有效。营养治疗主要是通过改变患者的饮食习惯、生活方式、运动方式来控制痛风的发生发展。本文综述了痛风的危险因素及营养治疗的研究进展。
Nutritional therapy is an important means for non-drug treatment of gout and has been proven effective in a large number of clinical treatments. Nutritional therapy is mainly to control the occurrence and development of gout by changing the dietary habits, lifestyles and exercise patterns of the patients. The risk factors of gout and the research progress of nutrition therapy were reviewed.
