摘要 目的:探讨与研究血液透析的老年患者一般营养状态及其临床相关因素。方法:选择四川友谊医院血液透析患者共86例作为研究对象,依据年龄分为老年组和对照组;分析两组的一般营养状态。结果:与对照组相比,老年组患者营养不良发生率明显升高,C-反应蛋白、炎症因子水平显著高于对照组,白蛋白、前白蛋白水平显著降低,以上差别均具统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年血液透析患者的一般营养状态较差,与活动少、进食量低、机体高炎症状态等有关,可根据患者的营养情况适当补充,改善预后。 [Objective] To study the general nutritional status and clinical related factors of elderly hemodialysis patients. [Method] We chose 86 elderly hemodialysis patients to be the study object and divided into the elderly group and the control group by the different ages, and analyzed the general nutritional status in the two groups. [Result] Comparing with the control group, the elderly group had a higher level in the adverse reaction rate, a higher level in the CRP and inflammatory factor and a lower level in the human serum albumin and prealbu-rain, it has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . [Conclusion] It is poor of the general nutritional status of elderly hemodialysis patients, which have a obvious connection with the less activity, low intake and hyperinflammatory state, clinical application can improve the nutri-tional status and prognosis basing on the patients' general nutritional stasus.
