Objective To investigate the effect of E-link evaluation and training system on the recovery of wrist jointfunction after distal radius fracture surgery. Methods Sixty patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital fromDecember 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numbermethod, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment programs, while theexperimental group was given the E-link training system combined with the routine rehabilitation treatment programs. TheVAS scores and range of wrist motion between the two groups before treatment and at 4 and8 weeks after treatment werecompared. Results After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups gradually decreased, and those ofthe experimental group were lower than the control group(P〈0.05). After 4 and8 weeks of treatment, range of wrist motionin the experimental group were higher than those before treatment, and the range of motion of the palmar flexion, dorsalextension and radius deviation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). ConclusionE-link training system combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment can significantly reduce postoperative pain inpatients with the distal radius fracture surgery and improve wrist joint motion function.
