雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床效果

Clinical effect of atomization inhalation of pulmicort respiratory in the treatment of children with acute asthma attack

目的探讨雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的136例哮喘急性发作患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各68例,对照组给予止咳、祛痰、平喘等对症支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用普米克令舒。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效、患儿肺功能指标及症状消失时间。结果治疗后,研究组的临床治疗总有效率和肺功能指标VT、IRV、IC、VC均显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息及哮鸣音的症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒治疗儿童哮喘急性发作,临床疗效显著,可有效缓解呼吸困难、咳嗽等临床症状,改善肺功能,可作为儿童哮喘急性发作的有效治疗药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of pulmicort respules in the treatment ofchildren with acute asthma attack. Methods A total of 136 children with acute asthma attack in our hospital were selected asthe study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 68 cases in each group. The control groupwas given symptomatic support treatment of cough, expectorant and antiasthmatic. The study group was given pulmicortrespules on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, pulmonary function indexes and symptoms disappearance timeafter treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatmentand pulmonary function indexes about VT, IRV, IC and VC in the study group were significantly better than those in thecontrol group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the symptoms disappearance time ofdyspnea, cough, pant and wheezing rale in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmicort respules in the treatment of children with acuteasthma attack has a significant effect, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as dyspnea and cough,improve the lung function. It can be used as an effective therapeutic medicine for children with acute asthma attack.
