低离子聚凝胺在输血检验中的应用及阳性率 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨低离子聚凝胺在输血检验中的应用价值及阳性率。方法随机选择我院2016年8月至2018年1月收治的输血患者122例为研究对象,按照患者入院序号奇偶数将其分为对照组和观察组,各61例,对照组实施常规盐水法检验,观察组行低离子聚凝胺技术检验,比较两组患者检验阳性率、检验时间和满意度评分。结果观察组的检验阳性率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的检验耗时短于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输血检验中,低离子聚凝胺技术阳性率较高,且具有便捷安全等优势,输血者满意度较高,推荐推广。 Objective To investigate the application value and positive rate of low-ionic polybrene in blood transfusiontests. Methods From August 2016 to January 2018, 122 patients with blood transfusion who were admitted to our hospitalwere randomly selected as the study objects. According to whether the admission number of patient is odd or even, thepatients were divided into control group and observation group, with 61 patients in each group. The control group wasgiven routine saline method test. The observation group was given low ionic polybrene technology test. The positive rate,test time and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared. Results The positive rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The test timeconsuming of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher thanthat of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the blood transfusion test,the positive rate of low ionic polybrene technology is high, and it has advantages such as convenience and safety. Thesatisfaction of the blood transfusion patients is high, and it is recommended to promote.
