加味四妙勇安汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗糖尿病足35例的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Simiao Yong'an decoction combined with cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of 35 cases of diabetic foot

目的探讨糖尿病足患者给予加味四妙勇安汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年8月收治的70例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为西药组和联合组,各35例。其中西药组采用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,联合组采用加味四妙勇安汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗。对比两组的疗效。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率(97.1%)显著高于西药组(80.0%)(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗后ABI水平显著高于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组6个月后复发率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者给予加味四妙勇安汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗可促进创面愈合。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Simiao Yong＇an decoction combined with cinepazidemaleate injection in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Seventy patients with diabetic foot from January 2015 to August2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, they were dividedinto western medicine group and combination group, with 35 cases in each group. The western medicine group was givencinepazide maleate injection, the combination group was given modified Simiao Yong＇an decoction combined withcinepazide maleate injection. The efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatmentin the combination group （97.1%） was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group （80.0%）（P〈0.05）. TheABI level of the combination group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate after 6 months in the combination group was significantly lower than that in the westernmedicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of modified Simiao Yong＇an decoction combined with cinepazidemaleate injection in patients with diabetic foot can promote wound healing.
