Distribution rules of TCM syndrome in the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum

目的研究妊娠恶阻的中医证型分布规律。方法对242例妊娠恶阻患者的临床综合资料进行采集,运用频数分析本病的中医症状、中医证型、病位及病性。结果 242例妊娠恶阻患者中常见的中医症状有呕吐、急躁易怒、烦渴口苦、面红目赤、胸满胁痛等,常见证型为肝胃不和型63例(26.03%),脾胃虚弱型55例(22.73%),气阴两虚型33例(13.64%)。结论妊娠恶阻患者中医证型以肝胃不和型多见,病性为气滞、气逆、阴虚为主夹杂痰湿、食滞等病理因素。

Objective To study the distribution rules of TCM syndromes of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods Theclinical comprehensive data of 242 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were collected, and frequency analysis was used toanalyze the TCM symptoms, TCM syndrome types, disease location and disease characteristics of this disease. Results Thecommon TCM symptoms in 242 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum included vomiting, irritability, polydipsia and mouthbitter, face and eye red, and chest full of hypochondriac pain, the common syndrome type was 63 cases of liver-stomachdisharmony type （26.03%）, followed by spleen-stomach deficiency type 55 cases（22.73%） , qi and yin deficiency type 33cases （13.64%）. Conclusion The most common TCM syndrome of the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum is liver-stomachdisharmony type. The nature of the disease are mainly qi stagnation, qi reversal, yin deficiency, mixed with pathologicalfactors such as dampness and food stagnation.
