优化急救护理流程对急诊心肺复苏患者抢救成功率及预后的影响

Effect of optimization of emergency nursing process on the success rate and prognosis of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients

目的探讨优化急救护理流程对急诊心肺复苏患者抢救成功率及预后的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2016年12月急诊科心肺复苏患者86例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为A组和B组,各43例。A组给予优化急诊护理流程,B组给予常规护理,比较两组患者的心脏复苏情况、院内复发率及心理状态。结果 A组的自主呼吸恢复率、自主循环恢复率、院内复发率及抢救成功率均显著优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分均显著升高,且A组明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者的SDS和SAS评分均明显低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程可提高急诊心肺复苏患者的抢救成功率,降低复发率,改善患者心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of optimization of emergency nursing process on the success rate and prognosis of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients. Methods A total of 86 emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study objects and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The group A accepted optimization of emergency nursing process, and the groupB accepted routine nursing. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hospital recurrence rate and psychological status between the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of autonomous respiration and spontaneous circulation, recurrence rate in hospital and rescue success rate in the group A were significantly better than those in the group B, and the differences were statistically significant P 0.05 . After nursing, the scores of Glasgow coma scale GCS in the two groups significantly increased, and that of the group A was significantly higher than the group P 0.05 . The SDS and SAS scores of the group A were significantly lower than those of the group B, and the differences were statistically significant P 0.05 . Conclusion Optimization of emergency nursing process can improve the rescue success rate of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the psychological state of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
