中医特色护理模式对肛肠科术后尿潴留患者尿动力学的影响

Effect of TCM characteristic nursing mode on urodynamics in patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery

目的探讨对肛肠科术后发生尿潴留患者应用中医特色护理模式对其尿动力学的影响。方法选取我院收治的肛肠科术后发生尿潴留患者80例,随机将患者分为对照组(40例,实施常规护理)和中医组(40例,在常规护理基础上实施中医特色护理模式),比较两组护理前、后的尿动力学指标,并对比两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的最大尿流率、初尿感膀胱容量、排尿时最大逼尿肌压力均增加,且中医组均大于对照组(P<0.05);两组的护理效果等级分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组的尿潴留护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠科术后尿潴留患者的中实施中医特色护理模式可有效改善患者的尿动力学指标,提高对尿潴留的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM characteristic nursing mode on urodynamics in patients with urinaryretention after anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery inour hospital were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into control group （40 cases, received routine nursing）and Chinese medicine group （40 cases, received TCM characteristic nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing）. The levels ofurodynamic indexes before and after nursing in the two groups were compared, and the nursing effects of the two groupswere compared. Results After nursing, the maximum urinary flow rates, initial urinary bladder capacities and maximumdetrusor pressures significantly increased in the two groups, and those in the Chinese medicine group were larger than thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. The difference in the nursing effect grade distributions between the two groups was statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. The total nursing effective rate of urinary retention in the Chinese medicine group was higher than thatof the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the anorectal postoperative patients with urinary retention, TCM characteristicnursing mode can effectively improve urodynamic indexes and the nursing effect of urinary retention.
