舒适护理理念在脑膜瘤手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing concept in perioperative nursing of patients with meningioma surgery

目的探究舒适护理理念在脑膜瘤手术患者围术期护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院2016年3月至2017年5月收治的86例脑膜瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行根除术治疗,平均将其分成对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组采用围手术期常规护理干预,研究组采用围手术期舒适护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的术后VAS评分、颅内压水平低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术后并发症总发生率为6.98%,明显低于对照组的20.93%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理理念在脑膜瘤手术患者围术期护理中应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing concept in perioperative nursing of patientswith meningioma surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients with meningiomas in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017were selected. All the patients underwent eradication treatment. They were divided into control group and study groupaccording to average group method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursinginterventions. The study group was given perioperative comfort nursing intervention. The nursing effects of in both groupswere compared. Results The postoperative VAS score, intracranial pressure in the study group were significantly lower thanthose in the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence ofpostoperative complications in the study group was 6.98%, which was significantly lower than 20.93% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfort nursing concept in perioperative nursing of patients with meningioma surgery has significant effect.
