摘要
介绍了一种非分光红外(NDIR)CO_2传感器,进行红外检测理论分析、CO_2传感器系统设计及外围电路设计;应用NDIR传感器对HepG2贴壁细胞代谢产生的CO_2浓度进行实时检测,通过相邻时刻的CO_2浓度求差并除以时间差,得到CO_2浓度变化速率。利用MATLAB软件对CO_2速率散点图拟合,并求拟合曲线导数值为零的点,取该点纵坐标作为该细胞代谢参考速率,最终得到肿瘤细胞糖代谢速率模型。结论:检测四皿细胞浓度比值为1:2:3:4的HepG2细胞,得出其代谢参考速率比值趋同于细胞浓度比值。
A non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) CO2 sensor was introduced, which performed infrared detection theory analysis, sensor system design and peripheral circuit design. The NDIR sensor was used to detect the C02 concentration of HepG2 adherent cells in real time, using C02 concentration difference at adjacent time and divided by the time difference to obtain rate of C02 concentration change. At the same time, applying MATLAB to fit the scatter plot of rate of C02, found the point where the curve derivative value was zero, and took its ordinate as meta-bolic reference rate of cells. Finally, the model of tumor cells of rate of glucose metabolism was set up. Conclusion:when the HepG2 cell with the ratio of 1 : 2 : 3 : 4 was detected, ratio of metabolic reference rate was similar to the cell concentration ratio.
