腹部B超联合阴道超声在宫外孕患者中的应用及诊断价值

Application and Diagnostic Value of Abdominal Ultrasound Combined with Vaginal Ultrasound in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

研究腹部B超联合阴道超声在宫外孕患者中的应用及诊断价值。本次研究选取我院2014年3月~2017年2月收治的宫外孕患者中的64例作为研究对象;年龄21~40岁,平均(26.3?3.2)岁。所有患者均分别采用了腹部B超、阴道超声、腹部B超联合阴道超声三种检查方式,观察三种检查方式的准确率。使用腹部B超查出率为76.56%与使用阴道超声的查出率79.69%不具明显差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05);单一的检查方式的准确率为87.50%,而联合检查的准确率为96.88%,联合检查的准确率显著高于单一的检查,且差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部B超联合阴道超声用于宫外孕的检查,准确率较高,值得推广。

To study the application and diagnostic value of abdominal B ultrasound combined with vaginal ul-trasound in patients with ectopic pregnancy. 64 cases of ectopic pregnancy was selected admitted by our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 in this study. The patients are 21-40 years old, average （26.3 ＋ 3.2） years old. All patients underwent three kinds of examination methods： abdominal B ultrasound, vaginal ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound and ultrasound, and three methods of examination were observed. There was no significant accuracy dif-ference between 76.56 percent with abdominal B ultrasound and 79.69 percent w ith vaginal ultrasound, which is not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The accuracy of single examination mode was 87.50%, while the accuracy of joint examination was 96.88%,and the accuracy of joint inspection was significantly higher than that of single examina-tion, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Abdominal b-ultrasound combined with vaginal ultra-sound for ectopic pregnancy has high accuracy and is worth promoting.
