摘要
本文提出了一种二维转动的柔性铰链结构,其可以实现绕杆件轴线和垂直于杆件轴线两个方向的转动,同时具有保护柔性铰链不被破坏的作用。结合有限元分析采用各个方向刚度计算的方式对该柔性铰链的自由度进行验证,该柔性铰链满足两自由度转动的运动性能。对其承载能力、运动范围、力与变形的关系以及中心轴线偏移情况进行了分析。推导了其承载能力和运动范围与结构尺寸的关系,并且其力与变形程良好的线性关系,并且中心线偏移量很小。
In this paper,we proposed a kind of flexture hing. And the flexure hinge has two parallel plane to protect the overloaded damage produced in the process of assembly and transition. Then combined with the finite element analysis,we used the method of stiffness calculation in all directions to certify the degrees of freedom of the flexture hinge. The results can certify that the flexture hinge has two-dimensional rotation freedom. At last,we analysised the carrying capacity,the movement range of force,the relationship of the force and the deformation and the offset of the ceter axis. The relationship between the bearing capacity and the range of motion with the size of the structure is derived. The relationship of the force and the deformation is linear. And the offset of the centerline deviation is small.
