基于蒙特卡洛法的医用诊断X射线辐射源空气比释动能测量值不确定度分析

摘要 蒙特卡洛法评定不确定度是在建立测量模型、设定输入量概率密度函数的基础上,通过对概率分布随机采样进行分布传递,确定输出量的概率密度函数,从而得到输出量的估计值、标准不确定度和包含区间。分别使用GUM法和蒙特卡洛法对医用诊断X辐射源空气比释动能进行测量不确定度评定,并对两种方法评定结果进行了比较。 Evaluating uncertainty in measurement based on Monte Carlo Method is to be achieved by modeling the measurement,assigning probability density functions for input quantities,performing random sampling from probability distribution,obtaining probability density function for output quantity,and then obtaining an estimate of the output quantity,the standard uncertainty associated to this estimate,and a coverage interval for that quantity. Both GUM method and Monte Carlo method are used to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement for medical diagnostic X-ray radiation source air kerma,and the results are compared with the two methods.
