气密检漏仪检测泄漏量的影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Leakage Measurement by Air Leak Tester

目前气密检漏仪多用于燃气器具和医药行业瓶罐容器的气密性检测,这些仪器的泄漏量都是通过微小压力差计算得出,而微小压力的检测难以达到较高准确度,故需对影响检测结果的因素进行分析,从而减小泄漏量的测量误差。本文通过对气密检漏仪的检测压力、被测腔体容积、检测时间等参数进行实验研究,对比分析得出这些因素对泄漏量测量误差的影响,从而优化检测方法,提高泄漏量的测量准确度。

Currently the air leak tester is mostly used in air leak test of bottle containers in gas instrument and medicine industries. The leakage of these instruments is calculated by small pressure,and it is difficult to achieve high accuracy. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the test results to reduce the error of leakage. This work is to study the influence factors（test pressure,cavity volume and test time） of leakage measurement by experimental. Optimize the test method and improve the accuracy of leakage measurement.
