我国“专家—新手”教师研究现状与启示

A Bibliometric Status Study on Expert-Novice Teachers in China

为了解国内"专家-新手"教师研究的现状,采用定量和定性相结合的方式,先采用文献计量学的方法定量分析该领域研究的概况,在此基础上,依据教育部下发的教师专业标准为主题框架对研究的内容从专业理论与师德、专业知识、专业能力以及个体心理等四个方面作进一步梳理。最后,对国内"专家-新手"教师研究进行了总结与启示,以为更好促进"专家-新手"教师研究和教师专业成长。

The aim of this article is reviewing the previous research to explore the research status on expert-novice teachers in China, using the bibliometrics to quantitatively analyze the literature and sort out the contents in the aspects of professional theory and professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability and individual psychology in accordance with the Teachers＇ Professional Standards issued by the Ministry of Education. The findings of this study is helpful to enhance the expert-novice teachers research and professional development.
