癃清片治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精症的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Long Qing Tablets for type ⅢB chronic prostatitis complicated with oligoasthenospermia

目的探讨癃清片治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精症患者的临床效果。方法选择60例ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组患者给予口服癃清片治疗,对照组患者给予口服维生素E丸治疗,均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后精液常规、卵磷脂小体计数及慢性前列腺炎症状评分指数(CPSI)。结果治疗后,观察组较治疗前a+b级精子活力占比提高,精子液化时间缩短,CPSI评分降低(+++)及(++++)卵磷脂小体计数占比升高(均P<0.05),且均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癃清片可缩短ⅢB慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精症患者精液液化时间,提高患者精子活力,增加卵磷脂小体数量,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Long Qing Tablets for type ⅢB chronic prostatitis complicated with oligoasthenospermia. Methods Sixty patients with type Ⅲ B chronic prostatitis complicated with oligospermia were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given oral Long Qing Tablets,while in the control group were given vitamin E pills orally. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in the two groups.Semen routine,lecithin corpuscle count and Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index（CPSI） scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the vitality of a ＋ b level sperm was improved,the duration of sperm liquefaction was shortened,the CPSI scores decreased,and the count of（＋ ＋ ＋） and（＋ ＋ ＋ ＋） lecithin corpuscle increased in the observation group（all P〈0. 05）,the indices above in the observation group were superior to the controls（P〈0. 05）,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Long Qing Tablets can reduce the duration of semen liquefaction,promote sperm vitality,increase the number of lecithin body,and improve clinical symptoms in the patients with type ⅢB chronic prostatitis complicated with oligoasthenospermia.
