互联网背景下黑龙江省流通产业发展路径研究

随着互联网技术在流通领域的不断深入应用以及对供应链整合趋势的加速推进,黑龙江省流通产业也逐步陷入发展困境。通过对黑龙江省流通产业相关数据以及指标的考察,发现黑龙江省流通产业发展现存的主要问题是中小流通企业信息化水平低导致的行业整体效率低下。互联网技术从供需模式、组织边界及数据处理方式等方面影响并改变着流通产业发展的格局,黑龙江省应抓住互联网技术迅速发展的机遇,通过流通组织创新、渠道创新和网络创新,改变流通产业发展落后的局面,进一步发挥流通产业先导性、基础性的产业作用,进而提高黑龙江省流通产业的发展水平。

With the continuous deepening application of Internet technology in the field of circulation and the acceleration of the trend of supply chain integration, the circulation industry in Heilongjiang province has gradually fallen into a predicament of development. By investigating the relevant data and indicators of the circulation industry in the province, it is found that the main problem for the industry is the low efficiency of the whole industry caused by the low level of informatization of small and mediumsized circulation enterprises. Internet technology influences and changes the pattern of the development of the circulation industry from the aspects of supply and demand mode, organization boundary and data processing mode. Heilongjiang province should seize the opportunity of rapid development of Internet technology and change the backward situation of the circulation industry development by means of circulation organization innovation, channel innovation and network innovation. By doing so, the development level of the circulation industry in the province could be improved with the leading and basic role of the industry being further played.
