高校对创业失败大学生后续服务的策略研究

Follow-up Services of Colleges and Universities for College Students Experiencing Entrepreneurship Failure

对苏州地区高校创业大学生进行走访调查,分析发现大学生创业失败或因自身创业行为、能力素养、行业领域、政策环境等因素,直接原因是创业企业内部出现问题,而市场饱和、竞争激烈、资金不足等是创业失败的间接原因。大学生创业失败会衍生新的问题,失败是一个错综复杂的现象,失败会对在校创业大学生的学业、再创业、财产以及心理均产生影响。因此对创业失败大学生,高校应重视其创业能力再提升教育,制定创业失败项目的后续处理方案,为创业失败学生提供精准指导服务,同时做好心理疏导工作,从多个角度为创业失败大学生提供后续服务。

College students starting new businesses in Suzhou were interviewed and investigated. It is found that the entrepreneurship failure of the students is possibly caused by factors such as the process of starting businesses, personal capability,business field, and policy environment. The direct reason is the internal problems of the new businesses, and the market saturation,fierce competition and insufficient funds are the indirect reasons. The failure of college student entrepreneurship will lead to new problems. As failure is an intricate phenomenon, it will have an impact on their studies, re-entrepreneurship, property and psychology. Therefore, colleges and universities should attach importance to the re-improvement of their entrepreneurial ability education, formulate the follow-up treatment program of entrepreneurial failure projects, provide precise guidance services for entrepreneurial failure students, and do a good job of psychological counseling, so as to provide follow-up services for entrepreneurial failure students from various angles.
