摘要
设计一款应用于三相交流接触器的智能模块,以STM32单片机为主控芯片,通过采集主回路电流信号、线圈电流信号、主触点温度以及环境温度,检测辅助触点状态等,实现对接触器工作状态的监测。通过对所采集数据处理分析,实现接触器故障诊断,预计其剩余寿命。监测过程中所测数据与波形,通过通信接口传输至PC端,给用户程序提供状态数据,作为检修更换的参考数据。
This paper designed a smart module for three-phase AC contactors,which uses STM32 MCU as the main control chip. It monitors the working state of the contactor by gathering the main loop current signal,coil current signal,main contact temperature,and ambient temperature,and detecting the status of auxiliary contacts.Through processing and analysis of the collected data,contactor fault diagnosis is realized,and the remaining life is expected. The data and waveforms measured in the monitoring process are transmitted to the PC through the communication interface,which provides status data to the user program as reference data for overhaul and replacement.
