摘要
岩棉是一种环保型防火、绝热型保温材料。它是采用玄武岩、焦炭、白云石和矿渣等原材料经过融化、离心机离心使其纤维化再经过进一步加工形成岩棉板或其他产品,在对原材料进行融化的过程中对温度的要求很高,因此用来融化原材料的冲天炉的性能相对较高。文章针对传统岩棉冲天炉炉底门开启方式存在的缺点提出了一种具有辅助打炉功能用于岩棉生产冲天炉炉底门开启(包括与左右炉底门相连的支架,与支架相连的油缸,连接油缸与炉身的支座以及打炉时与炉底门焊接的辅助工具等)的改进技术。该技术使得冲天炉打炉具有更方便、更安全、减少工艺装备布局面积、延长设备使用寿命等优点。
Rock wool product is a kind of insulation material which is fire-proof, thermal insulating and environment friendly. The raw materials such as basalt, coke, dolomite and slag are melted as lava, then the coming lava are fiberized by spinner machine. Finally the coming fiber will be cured as rock wool board or other types of products. Focusing on the melting process, high temperature is necessary. Thus for the heat end,cupola plays a important part. This article illustrates the disadvantages of traditional cupola bottom doors open-close motion mode, and describes a method for rock wool cupola switch which has auxiliary cupola stopping device(including the support connecting the left and right bottom doors, the oil cylinders positioned on the support and the auxiliary cupola stopping device welded on the inside of bottom doors). By the application, it brings advantages that facilitate cupola stopping procedure by using auxiliary device, minimizing the space occupation since the oil cylinder positiones on the flanks of cupola body compared with the traditional type which stands on the floor. Shorter cylinder strike requires less radial force which extends the using life of oil cylinder.
