摘要
试验分析了水胶比、龄期对MPC净浆强度的影响,并利用粉煤灰和CFRP切丝对MPC净浆进行改性。当水胶比为0.125时,MPC净浆的施工性能及强度较优,达到42.5R的要求;当粉煤灰掺量为30%时,改性试件的强度达到32.5R的要求;当CFRP切丝体积掺加率为9‰时,试件强度达到42.5R的要求,且切丝长度对试件的强度影响不大。各组试件均具有显著的早强、高强特性,且强度随龄期增长提高。
The effects of water-binder ratio and age on the strength of MPC pulp are analyzed, and the fly ash and CFRP wire are used to modify the MPC paste. When the water-binder ratio is 0.125, the construction performance and strength of the MPC paste are the highest, reaching the strength requirement of 42.5 R. When the fly ash content is 30%, the strength of the modified specimen reaches 32.5 R. When the volumetric addition rate of CFRP wire is 9‰, the strength of the specimen reaches the strength requirement of 42.5 R, and the length of the wire has small effects on the strength. Each specimen group has significant early strength and high strength characteristics. The strength of each group of specimens increases with age.
