某工程混凝土芯样的硫酸盐侵蚀模拟试验研究

摘要 通过对某工程混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀破坏情况的现场调研、取样和水质分析,选用半浸泡法进行实验室模拟试验,应用XRD、BSEM/EDS等分析测试方法,分析确定了混凝土芯样硫酸盐侵蚀产物主要是钙矾石和石膏,并析出了芒硝结晶盐,造成浆体结构疏松和裂纹产生,表面剥落以及骨料与基体之间的粘结力降低。 A site survey of concrete sulfate erosion is made on a project. Some concrete core samples and water are taken from the attacked hydroelectric power station and a model experiment is carried out by the semi-immersion method. Water quality analysis is done and the concrete core samples are analyzed with XRD and BSEM/EDS. It is shown that the cement mortar of the concrete core sample is deteriorated due to the formation of ettringite, gypsum and mirabilite.
