Farmer Characteristics,Land Endowments and Intergenerational Division of Labor

农户代际分工,是工业化、城镇化深入发展的必然结果,影响着农业农村现代化的进程。利用江西省10个县的调研数据,建立二元Logistic模型,实证分析农户特征、土地禀赋对农户代际分工的影响。研究表明:农户户主是否为中共党员、家庭总人口数、家庭人均可支配收入和土地租金对农户代际分工产生显著正向影响,农户户主是否为村干部、风险偏好程度和实际种植耕地面积对农户代际分工产生显著负向影响,而农业收入在各收入来源中的占比以及地形对代际分工没有显著影响。最后提出要合理引导农户代际分工,重视农户特征、土地禀赋与代际分工之间的密切联系。

The intergenerational division of labor among households is an inevitable result of the in-depth development of industrialization and urbanization which is affecting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the research data of 10 counties in Jiangxi Province,this paper sets up a logistic model to analyze the impact of farmers characteristics and land endowment on the intergenerational division of labor of farmers.The results show that whether the householder is a member of the Communist Party,the total number of family members,the per capita disposable income of the family and the land rent have a significant positive effect on the intergenerational division of labor,and that whether the householder is a village cadre,the risk preference of the householder and the actual cultivated land area have a significant negative impact. But the proportion of agricultural income to the total income and the topography have no significant influence.It is necessary to rationally guide farmers in dividing labor among generations and pay close attention to the close relationship between farmers characteristics,land endowments and intergenerational division of labor.
