摘要
针对某电厂330 MW亚临界锅炉高温过热器爆管事故,借助宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析和力学性能分析,判断该爆管事故是因长期超温和短期过热(异物堵管)共同作用所致。
Based on the macro-morphological analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic strcture analysis and mechanical property analysis,a tube bursting since high-temperature overheating in a 300 MW subcritical boiler of a power plant is analyzed. It turns out that the tube bursting is due to both long-term over temperature and short-term overheating( tube blocked by foreign matter).
