摘要
针对火电厂超低排放改造后,因取消烟气换热器(GGH)出现的烟囱防腐和冒"白烟"问题,大多数电厂会考虑增设低低温烟气换热器(MGGH)。但由于设计、制造、安装等方面的原因,MGGH运行中会出现泄漏,造成换热器积灰而阻力增加、电除尘短路、干除灰系统堵塞等,泄漏严重时甚至会影响烟尘达标排放。分析了MGGH泄漏的原因并制定了对策,供处理相关问题时参考。
After ultra-low emission modifications for power plants,chimney anticorrosion and ‘white smoke'come out due to the cancellation of gas-gas heater( GGH). Most of the power plant will add a low-low temperature flue gas heat exchanger( MGGH). However,for reasons of design,installation and so on,there will be MGGH leakage during operation,which will cause ash accumulation and increase of resistance,short circuit of electrostatic precipitation,dry ash removal system blockage and so on. Serious leakage will even affect the discharge of smoke and dust. It analyzes the reasons for the leakage of MGGH,and formulating countermeasures which provide reference for the relevant problems.
