姜黄提取物用于Lyocell纤维针织物直接染色的研究

Lyocell Fiber Knitted Fabric Dyeing with Turmeric Extract

选取天然植物染料姜黄的提取物,配制染液,对前处理过的Lyocell纤维针织物进行直接染色,通过正交试验,单因素试验分析确定其染色工艺,试验结果表明,姜黄提取物用于Lyocell纤维针织物直接染色的最优染色工艺为:浓度5g/L、温度70℃、pH值3、浴比1:40,染色时间60min,染色工艺中pH值对其染色结果影响最大。通过染色牢度测试其染色性能,结果表明:直接染色后的染色织物耐摩擦色牢度非常好,耐洗色牢度较差,耐光色牢度很差,耐酸/碱性汗渍牢度都比较好。

The natural plant dye turmeric extract was selected and the dyeing solution was prepared. The pre-treated Lyocell fiber knitted fabric was directly dyed. The dyeing process was determined by orthogonal test and single factor test. The test results showed that the optimal dyeing process for direct dyeing of Lyocell fiber knitted fabrics by turmeric extract was concentration 5 g/L,temperature 70°C,pH value 3,bath ratio 1：40,dyeing time 60 min,and pH value in the dyeing process had the greatest impact on its dyeing effect. The dyeing properties were tested by color fastness. The results showed that the dyed fabrics after direct dyeing had great fastness to rubbing,poor color fastness to washing,poor light fastness and good fastness to acid/alkaline perspiration.
