单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的疗效及缺陷

Efficacy and defects of single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy

腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）为目前治疗症状性胆囊结石的标准术式。Lc可分为传统多孔腹腔镜胆囊切除（CMLC）和单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除（SILC）。虽然SILC具有疗效好、恢复快、术后美容效果佳等优势，但操作难度大、费用高、术后并发症也不容小觑。本文就SILC的疗效、并发症、局限性等进行综述。

Laparoscopic eholecysteetomy （ LC ） is a standard procedure for symptomatic cholelithiasis. Single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy （SILC） as one kind of LC has been paid more attention nowadays. This article aims to review the therapeutic effect, complications and limitations of SILC.
