摘要
本文基于流程优化这一理念下,从当前电力缴费系统用户满意度调查入手,对一体化缴费技术管理平台进行设计,以此改善电力企业缴费系统存在的问题,提高用户使用满意度。
This paper starts with the investigation of user satisfaction of electric power payment system, designs the integrated payment technology management platform, so as to improve the problems existing in the payment system of electric power enterprises. Improve user satisfaction.
