维生素B_(12)、叶酸联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Effect of vitamin B_(12), folic acid combined with Metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的评价维生素B_(12)、叶酸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果及其对同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月于北京航天总医院诊治的66例新发2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照采用单纯二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用维生素B_(12)、叶酸联合二甲双胍治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗8、12周后,维生素B_(12)、叶酸含量及同型半胱氨酸水平。结果治疗前,两组患者叶酸含量、维生素B_(12)及同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8、12周后,观察组患者叶酸含量及同型半胱氨酸水平较治疗前无明显变化,维生素B_(12)含量明显升高;而对照组叶酸含量和维生素B_(12)含量较治疗前明显降低,同型半胱氨酸水平较治疗前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯二甲双胍比较,维生素B_(12)、叶酸联合二甲双胍能更有效地稳定2型糖尿病患者体内的同型半胱氨酸水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitamin B12, folic acid combined with Metformin on type 2 diabetes and its effect on homocysteine. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 66 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes, who were diagnosed and treated in Beijing Aerospace Hospital were selected as the subjects. The randomized digital table method was used to divide them into the control group and the observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Metformin only, while the observation group was treated with vitamin B12 and folic acid combined with Metformin. Vitamin B12, folic acid and homocysteine levels were compared between the two groups after 8 and 12 weeks＇ treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the content of folic acid, vitamin B12 and level of homocysteine in these two groups（P〉0.05）. After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the content of folic acid and the level of homocysteine in the observation group had no obvious change, while the content of vitamin B12 increased obviously. The content of folic acid and vitamin B12 in the control group were more than those of the before treatment, the level of homocysteine was increased, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Metformin alone, the treatment of vitamin B12, folic acid and Metformin can effectively stabilize the level of homocysteine in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
