A study on standardized management paradigm of medical adverse events

本文旨在探索构建不良事件规范化管理的范式,为医疗机构不良事件管理工作提供理论参考;通过专家访谈和德尔菲法,初步明确了不良事件规范化管理需遵循的伦理原则、目标要求及其实现路径等要素,构建了不良事件规范化管理的范式。

The paper aim to build up the paradigm of the standardized management of the adverse events, and provide theoretical reference for the management of adverse events in medical institutions. Expert interview and Delphi method have been used, and the ethical principles, objectives and implementation paths of standardized management of adverse events are preliminarily defined, and the paradigm of standardized management of adverse events has been constructed.
